Nighttown's the place

PD Alumni, retirees and expatriates:
Your invitations to the October lunch should have arrived. It will be Friday, Oct. 26, 2007 at noon at Nighttown, 12387 Cedar Rd, Cleveland Heights. Lunch will be $20.50 for a choice of roasted duck breast salad, dublin lawyer (lobster and mushrooms) and chevre chicken.

Call or email JoAnn Pallant at 440-734-1923 or Janet B. French at 216-221-2318 to make a reservation. Or just to chat.

You don't have to be retired to attend. We'd love to see working stiffs too. Of course they might get depressed to hear how much we like retirement.

"If you don't receive your post card by October 16, please let the Richard Ellers know: GeeRichard@aol.com"

Those who attended the Nighttown lunch received a survey that will help plan future lunches.
Those who didn't can still respond. Tell us:
What price range do you prefer?
Do you have particular diet requirements?
Would you consider any day other than Friday?
Do you have restaurant suggestions?
If so, would you check on whether there is a room charge (which can be substantial) or a minimum per-person charge for a group?
All answers cheerfully accepted by Janet French at jabfr519@sbcglobal.net.
